  My 3 year old daughter goes to George's Creek CDC and her teacher over the Summer was Krystal and she is amazing! This year my daughter is in Mrs. Cindy's class, her and Nancy are wonderful. I would highly recommend this child development center to any parent that is looking to place their child into childcare. Teddy the director is also wonderful!

  We called in April towards the end of 2015 school year in a bind. Ms.Teddy was able to help us out and we are very greatfull for that. During our time our kids made some friends and initially appear as if they have it all together.
  My first issue:
  
  I came to pick up my girls several weeks ago. I was immediately approached by my child's teacher. She came up and said that she was very sorry for not letting me know, but that they were having a dinner from 5-6. She followed her statement up by saying that they were singing at the end of the year graduation. Mind you I am picking them up at 4:30. It is a very good that I am able to set my own schedule and was able to change my plans in a hurry to watch my daughter's first performance.
  
  That night after the performance. I go to pick up my child, to find a note that I needed to send my child's favorite ice cream topping for the following day. Unfortunately, my child was not able to bring one in. We just did not have time to come up with one on that short of notice.(parents with multiple children will understand.)
  The straw that broke the camel's back is the most heart wrenching. Not long after we enrolled, my wife went to pay daycare for the next. She was asked that since the girls were already here would we like to just keep them here for the next school year. (By the assistant director). As a courtesy she would apply our deposit for the next school year since we enrolled so late in the year. The day before the last day of school we are being told that they are sad that we are not coming back next year.(by her teachers). I myself approached the director the next morning and was confirmed that they not have her listed. I really did not have time to take Ms. Teddy to task I had to get to work. That afternoon I came looking to speak with Ms. Teddy about these issues that just kept happening. I found the assistant director and her response was that we could go on the waiting list. I said to her why do we need to be on the waiting list when we are supposed to already be enrolled. Luckily I had already spent the day arranging childcare elsewhere. To top it off the assistant director got on the offensive when confronted about these problems. Saying that their were signs for both the program and ice cream. I asked her then why did I not know about it and why were her teachers immediately concerned because they forgot to let me know. As sweet as many of the staff are. The Lord has much to do with George's Creek CDC. On the outside they look like they have it together. Again we are very greatfull for them to take us on such short notice. The teachers were pretty good, but the administration is incompetent. Sorry to have to leave this review. It was decided to leave it in how they handled my concerns and essentially blew me off.
